We work Monday to Friday from 8 to 5 and Saturday from 8 to 3, and we are closed on Sunday. You pay when the job is done, not before, by cash, check or bank transfer. One thing we do not do is rent dumpsters: we are the crew that carries your junk out, loads it and drives it away the same day, so nothing sits in your driveway waiting for a pickup.

Can you take a mattress?
Yes. Massachusetts banned mattresses and box springs from regular trash in 2022, so they have to go to a recycling facility. We handle that part for you.
How fast can you get here?
Most of the time, the same day you call. Call early and there’s a good chance we’re at your curb before dinner.
Do I have to drag it out to the curb first?
No. Basement, attic, backyard, third floor — we come to where it is and carry it out ourselves.
How do you price a job?
By how much room your junk takes up in the truck, not by the hour. Text a photo and you get the number before we start.
Do you take appliances with refrigerant?
Yes. Fridges, freezers, window units and dehumidifiers all hold refrigerant, which is why the town will not take them with the trash. We bring them to a facility that reclaims the refrigerant and recycles the steel, and that fee is already inside the price we quote you.
Does junk removal take paint?
No. Paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos stay off our truck, because each of them has its own drop-off rules. Almost everything else in a house, garage or yard can go.
