Up the stairs is our problem
Narrow treads, low beams, a bulkhead that sticks — that is the normal basement job, not an exception.

Short answer: yes, we empty basements — and everything goes up the stairs on our backs, not yours. Decades of boxes, broken furniture, the dead washer, the shelf of paint nobody has touched since the nineties. We carry it up and out, then sweep the floor.

One price, and the stairs are already in it.

Point from the top of the stairs if you like. We bring up anything you are unsure about so you can look at it.
Wet cardboard and musty furniture come out too. We bag whatever needs bagging.
The dead washer, the spare fridge and the old water heater go in the same trip.
The concrete gets swept before we leave, so you can actually see the space.
Anything you want to keep gets moved where you want it, not thrown out.
Priced by how much of the truck the basement fills. The stairs are in the number already — they are not a surcharge.
One corner, or just the storage room.
The whole floor, boxes and furniture.
Everything, including the old washer and the water heater.
Same crew, same day, across the North Shore.
No. Getting it up the stairs is the job. The price you get back by text already accounts for it.
Mildewed boxes and damp furniture we take. Actual mould remediation is a licensed trade and a different phone call.
Usually. When something genuinely will not fit, we take it apart down there rather than force it through.
Text a photo from the bottom of the stairs and we’ll send back a price.
