You never carry anything
Point from the top of the stairs if you like. We bring up anything you are unsure about so you can look at it.
Damp and mildewed boxes
Wet cardboard and musty furniture come out too. We bag whatever needs bagging.
Appliances included
The dead washer, the spare fridge and the old water heater go in the same trip.
Floor swept
The concrete gets swept before we leave, so you can actually see the space.
Kept items stay
Anything you want to keep gets moved where you want it, not thrown out.

Do you charge extra for the stairs?
No. Getting it up the stairs is the job. The price you get back by text already accounts for it.
Some of it has mould on it. Is that a problem?
Mildewed boxes and damp furniture we take. Actual mould remediation is a licensed trade and a different phone call.
Can you get a couch up a bulkhead?
Usually. When something genuinely will not fit, we take it apart down there rather than force it through.
