Furniture out of old houses
Doorways and staircases from another century. We take the piece apart before we take it out, when that is what it needs.

Short answer: yes, we cover Marblehead, and usually the same day you call. Marblehead is twenty minutes from our yard. Old houses, tight streets, narrow staircases and a transfer station you have to drive to yourself — we take the driving and the lifting off your hands.

Most Marblehead jobs are one of three. A sofa or dresser that has to come down a narrow staircase is furniture removal. Clearing the attic, the basement or the garage is a basement cleanout, priced by how much of the truck it fills. A whole house, cleared at the family’s pace, is an estate cleanout. None of it needs a Facility Sticker or a trip to the transfer station, because the truck comes to your door.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.

The three places a house stores what nobody wants to decide about yet.
A whole house, at whatever pace works for the family.
An estate in Marblehead rarely clears in one afternoon, and it does not have to. We work around the family, set aside what stays, and take the rest over as many visits as it needs. After each visit you get a short report of what was donated, what was recycled and what had to be thrown out. We work Monday to Friday from 8 to 5, and Saturdays from 8 to 3.
Marblehead does not run a bulk pickup route the way the bigger cities do. Disposal happens at the town Transfer Station, which requires a resident Facility Sticker for the calendar year, and general waste there is charged by weight — $280 per ton as of the town’s 2025 fee schedule.
We bring the truck to the door instead. Fees at the transfer station change, so check the town’s current schedule before you plan a run — or just text us a photo and skip it.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
At the transfer station, general waste is charged by weight, $280 per ton on the town’s 2025 schedule, and you need a resident Facility Sticker plus a vehicle that fits the load. Our prices already include the dump fee: furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, and bulk items at $130. Text a photo and the price comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees added at the door.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee.
Doorways and staircases in older Marblehead houses leave little room for error, so the promise is simple: if we damage something while carrying a piece out, we repair it at our own cost. When the room is empty, it is left broom clean. You get a two-hour arrival window, a text 15 minutes before we pull up, and 10% off if we are late. That is the same on a Front Street antique and on a basement freezer.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
You do not need one for us. The sticker is for residents using the transfer station; when we haul it, disposal is our side of the job.
Yes. Tight streets and narrow doors are the normal job here. We park as close as we can and carry from there.
Usually the same day. We are twenty minutes away in Danvers.
If you have a resident Facility Sticker and it fits in your car, yes — general waste there is charged by weight. The limit is the car: a couch, a mattress or a shed full of boxes is not going in one.
No. We are twenty minutes away and the prices are the same as in Danvers.
Yes. Attic, basement and garage cleanouts are priced by how much of the truck the load fills: a half truck starts at $279 and a full truck at $450, disposal included.
Text a photo of the pile and we send back a price. Takes a minute.
