Short answer: yes, we cover Medford, and usually the same day you call. Furniture, fridges, washers, mattresses and full basements — one visit, carried out of the room they are in and hauled away.

Most Medford calls are one of three jobs: the couch and the mattress, which is furniture and mattress removal; the old fridge or washer that the city’s hauler only takes on a Tuesday, which is appliance removal; and the basement nobody has cleared in years, which is a basement cleanout. Each one is priced from a photo before we come.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.
Fridges, freezers, washers, dryers and AC units. No Tuesday-only booking, and the doors stay on.
The couch, the dresser and the mattress leave in the same visit.
The whole floor, boxes and furniture, carried up the stairs and out.
In Medford, bulky pickup runs through Waste Management, not the city. You call WM at 800-972-4545 to book it, furniture goes out on your recycling day, and each piece costs $15. Appliances are a separate booking: Tuesdays only, $26.91 each. TVs and monitors cost $41.40 each.
That can mean three separate bookings for one room. With us it is one: the couch, the fridge and the mattress go on the same truck, the same day.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
Single items have their own starting prices. Furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, exercise equipment at $105 and bulk items at $130. An appliance with us starts at $70 and includes carrying it up from the basement, so there is no hauling it to the curb for a Tuesday pickup. Text a photo and the number comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee. Stairs and a long carry cost nothing extra.
A few things never go on our truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos. For those, check the City of Medford waste page linked above. If there is a gas dryer or stove to remove, have a plumber shut off and cap the line before we arrive.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
No. That booking is for the city’s hauler. When it goes on our truck, you text us a photo and that is the whole booking.
Yes, any day we are working. It comes out of the kitchen or the basement and goes to a facility that recovers the refrigerant.
Yes. It goes to a recycler, which is what state law requires, in the same visit as the rest of the room.
Usually the same day you call.
No. Stairs and a long carry are part of the job, not a surcharge.
No. The prices are the same as in Danvers, with no travel fee.
Text a photo of the pile and we send back a price. Takes a minute.
