Your junk removal quote starts with a photo
The fastest way to a real number is a photo. Snap the pile where it stands — the garage, the basement, the corner of the bedroom — and send it over with the form or straight to (978) 788-0354. You get a price back, not a sales call, and if the number does not work for you, nothing else happens.
Your quote is one number, and it already includes the labor, the loading and the disposal fee. To give you a feel before you send anything: appliances and electronics start from $70, furniture and mattresses from $85, half a truck from $279 and a full truck from $450. Sheds have their own scale, starting from $300 for a small one. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our thirteen towns.

We answer the phone ourselves, Monday to Saturday. There is no dispatch center between you and the crew: the person who prices your job is the person who shows up to carry it out.
One quick check before you send the photo: we do not take paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks or asbestos, so leave those out of the picture. We also do not rent dumpsters. We are the crew that shows up, loads everything and drives it away on the same visit, and you pay once the job is done, by cash, check or bank transfer.

How fast do you answer?
Usually within minutes during working hours, and always the same day. If you text a photo before noon, there is a good chance we can be there that afternoon.
Do you charge for the quote?
No. The price you get by text is free and there is no obligation. If we come out and the number does not work for you, we leave and you owe nothing.
What if I am not sure what it all is?
Send the photo anyway. Most people are not sure whether it is half a truck or a full one — that is our job to judge, not yours.
Which towns do you cover?
Danvers, Lynn, Salem, Beverly, Peabody, Saugus, Woburn, Gloucester and Marblehead. If you are near that line and not sure, call and ask. The answer is usually yes.
How do I pay?
Cash, check or bank transfer, and you pay when the job is done, not before.
Can I get a junk removal quote online?
Yes. Use the form on this page or text a photo straight to (978) 788-0354, whichever is easier. Tell us what is in the pile and where it sits, like the basement, the attic or the backyard, since we carry it out from there. If a gas dryer or stove is on the list, mention it, because your plumber shuts off and caps the line first. For a hot tub, you turn off the power before we arrive.
