Text a photo of the shed, plus one of the inside if it is still full, and you get a price in minutes with no hidden fees added later. We book a two-hour arrival window and text 15 minutes before the truck arrives; if we are late, you get 10% off. If a fence, a garden bed or the lawn gets damaged while we work, we fix it at our own cost. When the footprint is raked, you get a short report of what was recycled, donated or thrown away.

Basic wooden or metal tool shed. Usually two to six hours for the crew.

Standard storage shed, open inside or with a loft. Four to ten hours.
Large shed — 12×16 or bigger
$1,200 – $1,850+
Larger outbuilding, heavy timber, or a structure attached to a foundation. A full day or more.
The size sets the range; what is inside sets where you land in it. Mowers, bikes, garden tools and old boxes are part of the same price, not billed as extra items. A few things cannot go on the truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires and propane tanks go to the town’s hazardous-waste collection, so set them aside before we arrive. Labor, teardown, loading and the dump fee are all included, there is no travel fee in the thirteen towns we serve, and you can pay by cash, check or bank transfer.

Shed removal questions
Do I have to empty the shed first?
No. We take out whatever is inside and sort it as part of the same job.
Will you wreck the lawn?
We dismantle the shed where it stands instead of dragging it, and carry the pieces out. The grass takes it much better that way.
What about the concrete pad underneath?
We leave it. We remove the structure and everything in it, and the slab stays. If you want the concrete gone too, that is a demolition contractor’s job, not a junk truck’s.
Do you take what is inside the shed too?
Yes. Mowers, bikes, old paint cans aside, garden tools and the boxes nobody opened in ten years all go with it, priced as part of the same load rather than separately.
What if the shed has a metal roof or asbestos siding?
Metal roofing and metal walls we take, and they go to a scrap recycler. Asbestos siding we do not touch — that needs a licensed abatement contractor by law, and no junk truck is allowed to carry it.
How much does it cost to remove a shed?
