Whole houses
Room by room, at the family’s pace, with what you keep set aside.

Short answer: yes, we cover North Andover, and usually the same day you call. North Andover is a straight run up Route 114 from our yard in Danvers. Furniture, garages, sheds and whole houses — we carry it out and haul it away.

Most North Andover calls are one of three jobs. A house being emptied after a move or a family estate is an estate cleanout. A two-car garage you cannot park in is a garage cleanout. A rotted shed at the back of the lot is shed removal. Each one is priced from a photo before we come.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.
Room by room, at the family’s pace, with what you keep set aside.
Everything out, you keep what you want, the floor swept.
Taken apart where they stand, every board and nail hauled away.
North Andover sends mattresses and box springs to UTEC, a nonprofit recycler in Haverhill: $40 per item for a curbside pickup, or $30 per item if you drive it to their warehouse yourself on a Tuesday or a Thursday between 7:30am and 2pm. The town also publishes its own list of which bulk items it takes at the curb with the trash.
None of that applies to us. The mattress, the couch and whatever else is in the room leave in one visit, carried out, not left at the curb.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
Single items have their own starting prices. Furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, exercise equipment at $105 and bulk items at $130. A full garage or a finished basement usually fills about half the truck, from $279, and a whole house is a full truck, from $450. Text a photo and the number comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee. Stairs and a long carry cost nothing extra.
A few things never go on our truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos. For those, check the Town of North Andover trash page linked above. If there is a gas dryer or stove to remove, have a plumber shut off and cap the line before we arrive.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
Per mattress, yes: $30 if you drive it to Haverhill, $40 for their curbside pickup. Ours starts at $85 and comes out of the bedroom, in the same visit as everything else.
