Estate Cleanout in Danvers & the North Shore

Short answer: yes, we handle full estate cleanouts — at whatever pace the family needs. Clearing a parent’s house is heavy in more ways than one. We work room by room, set aside anything you want kept, and tell you where the rest went.

What’s included in an estate cleanout

One price for the house, and a written record of where everything went.

We work at your pace

One room a day, or the whole house in one go. You set the pace and we follow it.

The keep pile stays put

Anything you flag gets boxed and set aside before a single thing goes on the truck.

We look before we lift

Paperwork, photographs and jewelry turn up in odd places. We check drawers and pockets and hand you what we find.

Donation handled

Furniture, clothing and household goods go to donation when they can, and you get the list.

Broom clean for the realtor

Houses going on the market get emptied and swept — closets, attic and basement included.

Responsibility report

A written summary of what was donated, recycled and thrown out. Useful for the estate paperwork.

What an estate cleanout costs

A whole-house cleanout is priced by volume once we have seen the rooms. Photos or a walkthrough both work, and the number always comes before anything moves.

Estate cleanout questions

What if you find something valuable?

It goes to you, not onto the truck. We check drawers, pockets and boxes as we go and set aside anything that looks like it matters.

Can you work to the realtor’s timeline?

Yes. Tell us the listing date and we work backwards from it, so the house is broom clean before the photos are taken.

Do we need to be there?

No. Plenty of the families we work for are out of state. We can work from a key or a lockbox and send photos as each room is finished.

Take the cleanout off your list

Send a few photos of the rooms and we’ll come back with a price and a timeline.
