Furniture and mattresses
Couches, dressers, bed frames and mattresses, carried out without touching your walls.

Short answer: yes, we cover Malden, and usually the same day you call. Couches, dressers, appliances, garages and whole apartments — carried out of the room they are in and hauled away in one visit.

Most Malden calls are one of three jobs. A room full of old furniture is furniture removal. A fridge, a washer or a dryer is appliance removal. An apartment or a house being emptied for a sale or a new tenant is an estate cleanout. Each one is priced from a photo before we come.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.
Couches, dressers, bed frames and mattresses, carried out without touching your walls.
Fridges, washers, dryers and window units, taken out and sent to recycling.
Everything a tenant left behind, cleared and swept.
Malden handles most bulky items through its Waste Wizard, a lookup where each item has its own rule, and through the DPW at 781-397-7160. Mattresses are the exception, and the rule there is strict.
None of that applies to us. The mattress goes to a recycler, the way state law requires, and the couch, the dresser and the appliances leave in the same visit, from the room they are in.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
Single items have their own starting prices. Furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, exercise equipment at $105 and bulk items at $130. A room of furniture usually prices as part of a load rather than piece by piece, which almost always comes out cheaper. Text a photo and the number comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee. Stairs and a long carry cost nothing extra.
A few things never go on our truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos. For those, check the City of Malden waste page linked above. If there is a gas dryer or stove to remove, have a plumber shut off and cap the line before we arrive.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
Yes. It comes out of the bedroom and goes to a recycler, which is what state law requires. Furniture and mattresses start at $85.
Not for what goes on our truck. Text a photo of the pile and we tell you what we take and what it costs.
Yes. We clear it room by room, keep aside anything you want to keep, and leave it swept.
Usually the same day you call.
No. Stairs and a long carry are part of the job, not a surcharge.

Text a photo of the pile and we send back a price. Takes a minute.
