Apartments and multi-families
Stairs, landings and narrow halls are the normal job here. The third floor is priced the same as the first.

Short answer: yes, we cover Revere, and usually the same day you call. Revere is a straight run down Route 1 from our yard in Danvers. Couches, appliances, mattresses and whole apartments — we carry it out of the room it is in and haul it away.

Most Revere calls are one of three jobs. An apartment with the couch, the bed and the boxes is furniture and mattress removal. The old fridge, washer or window unit the city would charge you a permit for is appliance removal. A whole floor that someone moved out of is an estate cleanout. Each one is priced from a photo before we come.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.

Fridges, washers, dryers, AC units and TVs, carried out and sent to recycling.
Taken from the bedroom and brought to a recycler, the way state law requires.
Revere picks up bulky items at the curb, but only with a permit you apply for online at revere.org/permitting, and the city charges by the piece: $25 for a couch, dresser or bed frame ($15 for seniors), $30 for an appliance or a TV ($20 for seniors), and $75 for each mattress. The application has to be in by 3pm the day before a Tuesday-to-Thursday pickup, and by Thursday at 3pm for a Friday or Monday pickup.
None of that applies to us. No permit, no deadline and no carrying it down to the curb yourself: it goes on the truck from the room it is in.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
Single items have their own starting prices. Furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, exercise equipment at $105 and bulk items at $130. The city’s $75 mattress permit still leaves you getting it down the stairs and out to the curb by 7am; ours starts at $85 and comes out of the bedroom. Text a photo and the number comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee. Stairs and a long carry cost nothing extra.
A few things never go on our truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos. Revere’s own permit list covers paint cans and tires, so those go through the city. If there is a gas dryer or stove to remove, have a plumber shut off and cap the line before we arrive.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
No. The permit is for the city’s truck. When it goes on ours, there is no application, no fee to the city and no 3pm cutoff.
Yes. It comes out of the bedroom and goes to a recycler, which is what state law requires. Furniture and mattresses start at $85.
For a single couch, yes: the permit is $25 if you can get it to the curb by 7am yourself. A mattress is $75 with the city, and the list you apply for has to match exactly what is outside.
Usually the same day. It is a straight run down Route 1 from Danvers.
No. Stairs and a long carry are part of the job, not a surcharge.

Text a photo of the pile and we send back a price. Takes a minute.
