Furniture, rugs and mattresses
Couches, recliners and carpet. No cutting the rug into four-foot lengths first — we just take it.

Short answer: yes, we cover Saugus, and usually the same day you call. Saugus is a short run down Route 1 for us. Furniture, appliances, garages, basements and yard structures — we carry it out and haul it away, usually the same day.

Most Saugus calls fall into three jobs. A living room with an old couch and a rolled-up carpet is furniture and mattress removal. A garage with the mower, the bikes and the boxes the town wants drained and bundled first is a garage cleanout. A rotted shed or a pile of old boards out back is shed removal. Each one is priced from a photo before we come, and it all goes on the truck the way it is.
One item or a whole house. If you can point at it, we can take it.
Couches, recliners and carpet. No cutting the rug into four-foot lengths first — we just take it.
Rotted, leaning or just in the way. We take it down and take every board with us.
The whole floor, boxes and furniture, up the stairs and out.
Saugus does take bulk items at the curb, but with a list of conditions: rugs cut into four-foot lengths, one room and one color at a time, lawn mowers with the gas tank and oil already removed, wood in small bundles cut to four feet. The town also runs a CHaRM drop-off behind the DPW at 515 Main Street.
Nothing on that list applies to us. Uncut rug, full mower, whole mattress: it goes on the truck the way it is.

Priced by how much of the truck you fill, never by the hour. You get the number before anything moves.
One appliance, one couch, one mattress.
A full garage, a finished basement, or a small construction pile.
Whole-house cleanout or estate clearing.
Single items have their own starting prices. Furniture and mattresses start at $85, appliances and electronics at $70, exercise equipment at $105 and bulk items at $130. The rug the town wants cut into four-foot strips and the mower it wants drained both go on the truck as they are, and the price already covers the labor, the loading and the dump fee. Text a photo and the number comes back in minutes, with no hidden fees.
Sheds are priced by size, not by truckload. A small shed, 8×10 or under, runs $300 to $625. A medium one, from 10×12 up to 12×16, runs $600 to $950. Anything bigger starts at $1,200 and can reach $1,850 or more. We take the walls, the roof and every board, with no cutting it into four-foot bundles the way the town asks for wood at the curb. The concrete slab stays where it is.
Every price includes the labor, the loading and the dump fee.
A few things never go on our truck: paint, chemicals and solvents, tires, propane tanks and asbestos. In a Saugus garage, that usually means the paint cans on the shelf stay behind while the mower, the bikes and the boxes go. If there is a gas dryer or stove to remove, have a plumber shut off and cap the line before we arrive. For the items we leave, check the Town of Saugus solid waste page linked above.
Same crew, same day, same prices in every town.
No. That is a rule for the town’s truck, not ours. We roll it and load it.
Yes, and it goes to a recycling facility, which is what state law requires. The disposal is included in the price you are quoted.
Usually the same day. It is a straight run down Route 1 from Danvers.
You can, if it meets the town’s conditions: carpet cut into four-foot lengths, one room and one color at a time, the mower drained of gas and oil, wood in small bundles. We take all of it the way it is, uncut and undrained.
No. It is a straight run down Route 1 and the prices are the same as in Danvers.
We donate or recycle what we can and dispose of the rest. After the job you get a short report of what was donated, recycled or thrown out.
Text a photo of the pile and we send back a price. Takes a minute.
