Construction Debris Removal in Danvers & the North Shore

Short answer: yes, we clear construction debris — and we load it by hand, so nothing has to sit in your driveway waiting for a dumpster. Drywall, lumber, shingles, old cabinets, torn-out flooring. We come after the contractor leaves, load the pile ourselves, and sweep the driveway before we pull out.

What’s included in construction debris removal

One price, start to finish. The disposal fee is already in it.

We load it, you don’t

No container blocking the driveway for a week and no filling it yourself. We carry the pile to the truck.

Same day the demo ends

Finish a tear-out on Tuesday and the pile can be gone Tuesday. Call early.

Sorted for recycling

Clean wood, metal and cardboard get separated instead of going to the landfill in one lump.

Driveway swept

Nails and screws are the whole reason we sweep. You should be able to park on it that night.

Heavy material priced honestly

Shingles, tile and concrete are heavy for their size, so they price by weight. You hear that up front, not at the end.

Contractor or homeowner

Works either way. Plenty of our calls come from the homeowner after the crew has moved on.

What construction debris removal costs

Debris is priced by the room it takes up in the truck, with heavy material priced by weight instead. You get the number before we load.

Construction debris removal questions

Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?

Often, for a one-time pile. A dumpster charges for the container and for every day it sits there, and you still load it yourself. We charge once, load it ourselves, and leave the same day.

Can you take shingles and concrete?

Yes. Both are heavy for their size, so they are priced by weight rather than by volume. Send a photo and we will tell you which way your pile prices.

What can’t you take?

Asbestos and hazardous material always need a licensed abatement contractor, never a junk truck. lista completa de itens recusados — perguntar ao cliente
